How to Access Old and New Transactions on the Bankai Platform

Overview

The Bankai platform separates recent and older transactions for ease of navigation and performance.

• Recent transactions from the last 30 days are displayed in real time under the Recent view.
• Older transactions (above 30 days) are archived and are not shown by default. To retrieve them, the Old Transactions toggle must be enabled.

How to Access Old Transactions

      Follow the steps below to retrieve an old transaction:

1. Log in to the Bankai platform.
2. From the main menu, navigate to Transfers.
3. Locate the filter icon on the Transfers page.
4. Just beneath the filter icon, you will see a toggle button.
5. Slide the toggle button to the right to enable Old Transactions.
6. Enter the Transaction ID of the transaction you are searching for.
7. Click Search to retrieve the transaction details.
    

How to Access New Transactions

The steps for reviewing recent transactions are similar to those for old transactions, with only one key difference:

1. Navigate to Transfers from the main menu.
2. Ensure the toggle button is switched to the left to display Recent Transactions.
3. Apply any necessary filters and proceed with your search.
4. This view displays transactions from the most recent period (usually the last 30 days).
