You can view incoming, successful, and failed transactions, depending on availability and activity at the time.


3. What do the summary cards on the Transfers page mean?

The summary cards display key transaction metrics such as:

  • Success rate

  • Total transactions

  • Successful transactions

  • Failed transactions

  • Failed TSQ

These metrics help users quickly assess transaction performance.


4. How do I view details of a specific transaction?

Click on the View Details icon next to the transaction to see additional information related to that transaction.


5. What are transaction entries used for?

Transaction entries provide detailed logs that can help with troubleshooting transaction failures or supporting dispute investigations.


6. Can I filter transactions on the Transfers page?

Yes. You can use the Filter option to narrow down transactions based on selected parameters such as status or date range.


7. How do I search for multiple transactions at once?

Use the Bulk Search feature to search by Transaction IDs or Payment References for multiple transactions at the same time.


8. Can I download transaction reports?

Yes. Transaction reports can be downloaded by clicking on the Download icon for record-keeping or further review.


9. Why is my Transfers page updating automatically?

The Transfers page updates in real time by default. You can disable this by unchecking the Auto-Refresh option.
