The Hydrogen Dashboard allows you to log, track, and manage transaction disputes/ Reversals directly without sending emails.
When a reversal claim is logged, the other party must either accept or reject the claim after thorough transaction investigation.
If the dispute is accepted, the system will automatically settle the accepted reversal during the next settlement cycle/window. The settled transaction will reflect in the settlement report for that settlement window.
To Log a Dispute:
- From your dashboard, go to Dispute Management → Click on the ‘’Add’’ icon to log a single dispute/reversal or on the ‘’Bulk Upload’’ button to log bulk disputes/reversals.
- Enter the transaction ID for the transaction and click on ‘’find’
- Select type, reason from the drop-down ➢ Click on the save icon to log the dispute/reversal ➢ The other party would immediately receive a notification that a dispute/reversal has been logged against them
- The logged reversal would appear on the screen (as shown below) for the other party to take action (accept/reject)
To Track Disputes:
- Go to Dispute Management → Filter by Inputting the transaction ID and click on "Apply Filter"
- View Status: Pending, Accepted/Rejected.
